Additional Information:

Child ticket: Age 6-11
2 children (aged 1-5) may travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult rail pass holder given that they do not occupy a seat, but a third child will require a child rail pass
Children under 12 months old may travel free of charge
This rail pass is applicable only for foreign visitors in Japan with a “Temporary Visitor” status
When you enter Japan, if you use an automated gate, no stamp will be applied to your passport. Either use a manned automated gate or ask a clerk to apply the stamp to your passport

วิธีใช้

The date you select when booking is the date you intend to receive your Exchange Order by mail, or the date you intend to pick up your Exchange Order at the Klook Hong Kong or Singapore office (please note the office opening hours). Mailing willl take 7 working days (holidays are not counted)
The date you receive the Klook Voucher via email is same date listed on the JR Pass Exchange Order (MCO). After you receive the MCO, you must exchange it for your JR Pass within 90 days of the date & place of issue listed on the MCO (e.g. if you recieve your Klook Voucher via email on 15 April, then the date & place of issue listed on the MCO should reflect the same date, and you must exchange the MCO for your JR Pass on or before 14 July of the same year)

Voucher Usage:

After collecting your rail pass, you may access unlimited journeys within the validity date
You must present the Exchange Order voucher with your passport in person at a ticketing booth listed on the website to redeem for your rail pass

For cancelations and amendments: As stated in the official cancelation policy, unredeemed JR Pass Exchange Orders (MCO) can be refunded and amended within 11 months of being issued. A cancelation fee of 10% of the pass price and a post fee of returning the MCO back to Klook will apply. After receiving the MCO, Klook will issue a refund to your account as soon as possible. The time and date you receive the refund varies per bank
Stolen, damaged, lost, or redeemed vouchers may not be canceled or refunded
Refunds or requests for changes due to local schedule change, suspended services, or other related issues are not accepted
Please kindly understand that there will be no compensation of accommodation, meals, transportation or other expenses incurred due to these circumstances
